Due to the size of our business and the one off nature of the product, we are not able to issue refunds unless an item is faulty or grossly mis-advertised.
We have listed any major flaws within the product description and invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase.
However, we do accept exchanges or can issue a credit note if necessary. For exchanges or any refund exceptions the buyer must make contact with us 7 days prior to receiving their package and it is their responsibility to cover the shipping costs for the return back to Gafas Galore (Madrid). Any enquiries for returns after 7 days will unfortunately not be taken in to consideration.
